Today was the second long run in my training plan. At 1 hour 10 minutes, it brings the weeks total to 3 hours 49 minutes and 35,76 km.
It's been a pretty good week training wise, even though I can still feel discomfort in my right ankle, it feels like it's getting better and I'm sure a few weeks on my wobble board will do wonders for my ankle and knee strength.
As for weight, I could still stand to lose a few kilos of fat. My scale's body fat estimator says I'm around 21% and while better than the 29% it told me when I bought it (after I had already lost +10kg), it's still too high.
My weight loss has been very slow since before Christmas as you can see from this graph:
I've been eating a bit worse since then, but I'm aware of it and I am dealing with it. It's a fine balance between having the energy to workout and still be losing weight.
