More workouts..

After having Friday off (actually the plan says cross training, but I haven't come up with a way to do that. Walking would be feasible, but I'm not sure that is non-impact enough, maybe I should buy a bike?) today's workout was another 40 minute run. My right ankle is still annoying me a bit, but it feels like it's getting better.

I also did the runners strength exercises again today. They are mostly squats, crunches and so on and they felt a bit easier today, so either I'm getting stronger or I'm deceiving myself :)

  2. Most of us are, but apparently some were not so lucky and feel the need to steal ours, which is what happened to my last few bikes :/

    Incidentally - I just bought a new one today :D
