I'm on the first recovery week in my training plan.
Basicly the workouts are somewhat shorter and the total planned running time for the week is lowered - this should help me absorb the previous weeks training and prepare for increased intensity and more time spend on the roads in the coming ones.
Tuesday was an easy 35 minutes, Wednesday 30 min + 4 * 30 sec. strides and today 35 min. I ended up doing 40 today though, I once again got up early and was out the door at 4:40 for one of the best feeling runs I've had. No pains and I just had the feeling that I could go on forever. I wish all running could be like that, but this one makes up for quite a few crappy ones :)
