Today was the first long run in my plan, 1 hour including wu/cd. I've done 90 minute runs before so this shouldn't be problem, but I were actually rather tired today and it felt pretty hard. My right ankle caused a bit of discomfort in the first 30 minutes, but felt better after that. Atleast it wasn't my right heel, I'm a bit paranoid about pain in that part of my body after it kept me from running for a week last year.
Today's run also concludes this week's program. I covered 33.13 km in 3h 35min and spend 40 minutes with the strength training exercises for a total of 4h 15min training.
