Today I received my new wobble board in the mail. I've read some positive comments on how regular usage prevents injuries, helps recovery after injury, improves ankle strength and generally improves balance, so I figured that might be a nice new "workout gadget" and make a great addition to the simple strength exercises I got with my plan.

So far I've played a bit with it at work on our carpeted floor, it's actually rather fun and I could definitely feel it working my calves. At home I have hard wooden floors - that makes it way more difficult, so I'll start using it with a towel underneath and work my way up from there.
