In August 2008, I turned my life around. From being a 96kg chain smoking couch potato, I am now a lighter non-smoking marathon runner.

Another week done.
Yesterday I did my Sunday long run, 1 hour and 10 minutes including warm up and cool down. I actually felt horrible from min. 16 to 25, but then recovered and was okish for the rest of the run. Stats for the week ended up at 4.11 hours of running and 38.79km covered.
