Cruise intervals and skipping a 5K.

Today I ran my first cruise intervals, 2 x 9 min tempo runs with 4 minutes recovery. It went well and wasn't really that hard, which brings me to the 5K I had planned tomorrow so that I could re-evaluate my pace zones - I've decided to sit this one out.
The race isn't in the plan and while I have not had any pain in my right ankle for a few runs now, I simple don't want to risk an injury right now. Besides the race occurs monthly - I'll be there next time :)
