Hard week.

I've had a tough but good week. Last Sunday I did 1 hour 20 minutes for my long run and today 1 hour 30 minutes. I did some hard short intervals Wednesday and 24 minutes of tempo run yesterday and I could definitely feel those runs in my legs today, after 60 minutes they were really heavy.

I ended up covering 51.5 km this week, my first week above 50 km. Next up is a lighter recovery week.
