This week, my Wednesday workout was again interval training. 8 x 60 seconds in pace zone 10 to be exact. I tried to aim for pace 4:15/km but excitement caught up with me in the first interval were I ran 3:34. The rest of the intervals were either around 4:00 or 4:15, more consistent than last week, but still not good enough, I go out way to fast in the beginning.
Tuesday and Thursday were supposed to be easy 40 minutes foundation runs, but I were not feeling so hot yesterday and I was tired 20 minutes into the run. Today I'm feeling a bit sick, but hoping it'll clear up before tomorrows threshold run.
