I got up early again today to get in 40 minutes of easy running. It was a pleasant run, but my legs were very heavy and tired after yesterdays intervals. My legs are also a bit sore this evening, something I havn't really experienced for some time.
I guess interval training really does tax the body and for once I'm not really complaining about the rest day tomorrow.
Oh.. also my Garmin foot pod died after 25 minutes. I'm hoping it's just the battery, though I have not noticed any warning about that beforehand.
