Today with race day (April 26th) fast approaching, I did a 2h10m run, covering 22.2km. This will be my longest run before the actual half marathon as I will gradually cut back in the next weeks. I'm really happy that I've now covered the distance in training, one less challenge to face.
Overall I feel good. I did have a bit tired legs today, but then again I did run 12 km yesterday, including a 30 minute tempo run. On the day of the actual race, I've hopefully had a nice taper and only done a few strides the day before.
