Never forget the anti chafe!



Today I ran 24 km and got surprised by rain, with no anti chafe or any other "nipple protection".

Spare yourself the experience if you can and use anti chafe or band aids on long runs, especially if there is a chance it's going to rain.

I believe a tight fitting sports bra might also help, but so far body glide has been good enough for me ;)
