My plan today called for 8 km and what a great way to make room for a nice Christmas dinner tonight.
After all my injuries over the summer, I've been a little concerned about my speed. Lately I have also focused on just building up endurance, I am currently running 70 km a week.
That makes for a solid base, but I've decided to start including some lactate threshold tempo runs again. The roads are clear again so I finished my run today with 2 km at LT pace with little problem and it felt good to run fast again.
